First of i know my kraton been q consumer for over ten years all over the spectrum ... great effects with so little material intake ...i was wonderfully suprised that it was a free sample b(strain of my choosing)

I have dealt with severe social anxiety for a lifetime, creating an unhealthy self medicating routine through my 20's-30's. Never interested in pharma meds as a solution so 2 years ago I found over the counter kratom, and more recently concentrates. While both are effective, potency of OTC caps has been inconsistent, powders difficult to make part of a daily routine and expensive (potentially dangerous) 7oh concentrates would quickly turn into an unhealthy solution. Not to mention the beginnings of midnight withdraws and K-hangovers.
THEN I FOUND ETHA! I ordered the white pressed tabs and while I wish per tab dose was higher, these are so clean, and so consistent, just a complete life changer. I am so very happy I found Etha, and look forward to a longterm relationship. I am balanced, happy and engaged in life.
Considering my goal, I would love some recommendations on which product other than white tabs to add to my routine.

These are the only Kratom tablets I’ve been able to find. This makes them extremely convenient to take as I can’t be bothered choking on powders. Leaves me feeling relaxed.

Maengda is my go to, it's covers pain relief and energy for me personally. I can also take it and stay in bed and be relaxed. White is my second favorite. The blends are nice also. Always great quality with etha.
2 in the pack, but just 1 can do the job for some. These are my go-to for "days off chill-zone times". Pop both for couch locked relaxation, all while maintaining coherence.
