ETHA® Natural Botanicals ensures proper sourcing and testing of all our products. All we sell is 100% botanical products validated for premium quality and consistency. We guarantee botanical purity, origin, process and production of the highest standards, so you can have the peace of mind you need.
In our quest to empower people to take control of their lives, we want you to try our ETHA products risk-free. That is why we have a 30-day ‘Money Back Guarantee’. You can test out ETHA products and see if they work for you. If they do not, we will refund your money.
Due to inevitable fraudulent activity, we have a clear Refund and Return and ‘ETHA Guarantee’ policy. All policy information applies to purchases made directly through www.ethanaturals.com. Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate reseller.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The guarantee is valid only if the following conditions and stipulations are met and agreed upon:
1) SINGLE ITEM:
Customers are required to return their single item order for a refund. The returned product must be sent back in its original packaging. No more than half of the botanicals in the pouch can be used. Please repackage properly so that the returned item is not damaged during shipping.
The return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. ETHA Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the refund.
The refund only applies to first-time purchases. For subsequent orders, proof of manufacturer defect is required for refund or replacement.
2) MULTIPLE ITEMS:
For orders with multiple items, only one bag can be opened. The majority of the content (above 50%) has to remain in the bag. Please repackage properly so that returned item is not damaged during shipping.
3) KRATOM PLANTS:
If you purchased an ETHA kratom plant or plants and they do not survive, you are eligible for one replacement per purchased plant. You will have to provide photo or video proof that your plant(s) are dead. Please follow care instructions carefully to ensure your plant will survive and thrive. ETHA kratom plants are not eligible for refund.
Please note refunds will come in the form of an electronic refund directly to credit/debit cards or by mailed physical check from Ethos Natural Medicine LLC and made out to the customer who made the order. The total time to process a refund can take up to 30 days. During this time, please refrain from filing any type of claims for refunds with your credit card provider to avoid prolonging the process. Please allow up to 30 days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

Please note that refund requests will not be processed earlier than two weeks after the product has been delivered. We offer such a stellar refund policy because we truly believe in our products and want our customers to give them an honest and fair shot. Thank you.
If an order arrives and there are missing items, please reach out to us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Proof of missing items is required which can include photos of your shipment. Request for replacement items must be made within 7 days of confirmed shipment delivery. Cost for shipping replacements will be covered by ETHA.
