ETHA ADVOCACY
ETHA's mission is to make natural medicine credible through trustworthy horticulture, manufacturing, lab testing, and research. However, it takes more than that to legitimize medicinal plants like kratom. ETHA advocates for kratom by actively sharing our stories. We do a weekly podcast and engage with our legislators. Our co-founders talk with legislators at all levels from local cities to Washington DC. This is how we ensure kratom and other natural medicines continue to grow in acceptance and popularity.

PERSONAL ADVOCACY
Alexander and Victor not only lead ETHA Natural Botanicals, they both are users of natural medicines like kratom. They got their lives back thanks to kratom. That is why they personally advocate for natural medicines. They have shared their stories with local legislators to stop bans like in Newport Beach and San Diego. Alexander has gone to Washington DC to support federal kratom legislation. They have traveled internationally to places like the Czech Republic and Thailand to educate on kratom and to stop potential bans. ETHA is also behind the scenes advising the American Kratom Association. Advocacy is another way ETHA and our team go above and beyond.

Kratom is federally legal in the United States. At the state and city levels, there are few bans on kratom.

KCPA
In the USA, there is significant effort at the state level to pass the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA). The KCPA keeps kratom legal as long as it follows common sense regulations. Several states have already passed their versions of the KCPA and the list continues to grow. The KCPA is also proposed at the federal level.
