Husband and I have taken these for a month, now taking a week off as recommended. The only thing I don’t like about these is they are very difficult to swallow. They are a compressed tablet with no coating so they’re very dry and disintegrating a bit in the package. Will continue using these but would really like a smoother tablet.

Started taking this just for its natural boost. I only take two in the morning not in the evening as it will keep me up at night and rest is more important. So, I'm not sure if I'm seeing the full benefit of this product or just wasting money. But I do like the extended energy and focus it provides in the morning through afternoon.
