Free Samples Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the free sample offer ("Offer") provided by ETHA Natural Medicine LLC ("Company"). By participating in the Offer, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility:

    1. The Offer is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set by the Company.
    2. The Offer may have additional eligibility requirements specified in the offer details.
    3. Only one free sample per person. If more than one request is submitted, the Company has the option to cancel any or all free sample requests and restrict the person from future free sample offers.
    4. Free sample offer is prohibited from locations outside of the USA. Any free sample requests from international locations will be cancelled. 
    5. Free sample offer is prohibited from locations with kratom bans. Any free sample requests from locations with kratom bans will be cancelled.
    6. Free sample offer is meant for people who are new to ETHA or kratom. Free samples are prohibited to existing ETHA customers. Any free sample requests from existing customers will be cancelled.

  2. Availability:

    1. The Offer is subject to availability and while supplies last.
    2. The Offer is not available to locations outside of USA.
    3. The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

  3. Free Sample:

    1. The Offer provides you with a free sample of a product or service as specified by the Company.
    2. The quantity and nature of the free sample are determined solely by the Company.
    3. The Company makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the quality, performance, or suitability of the free sample.

  4. No Purchase Necessary:

    1. Participation in the Offer does not require any purchase or payment.
    2. Purchasing products or services from the Company does not increase your chances of receiving a free sample.

  5. Shipping and Handling:

    1. Shipping times can take up to 10 business days from the time a free sample offer is submitted to ship. 
    2. If applicable, you may be responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with delivering the free sample.
    3. The Company will provide information regarding shipping and handling charges, if any, in the offer details.
    4. No free shipping to international locations outside of the USA.

  6. Personal Information:

    1. To participate in the Offer, you are required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, and email. You are opting in and giving permission for the Company to use your information for the purpose of marketing, solicitation, or providing updates from the Company.
    2. The Company will handle and protect your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in the Offer, you consent to the Company's use of your personal information as outlined in the privacy policy.

  7. Non-Transferable:

    1. The free sample is non-transferable and may not be resold or given away to others.
    2. The sample is intended for personal use only.

  8. Limitation of Liability:

    1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Offer or the use of the free sample.
    2. The Company is not responsible for any adverse effects, allergies, or dissatisfaction resulting from the use of the free sample.

  9. Modification and Termination:

    1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer, including these Terms, at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
    2. In the event of termination, the Company shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from the termination of the Offer.

  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  11. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.

  12. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offer or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California, USA.

By participating in the Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Offer.
