Found tablets to be faster acting than capsules and easier to take. While I take them for pain it is more of the distraction method. Mostly take greens whites. Elevate my mood tolerate the pain better. I am not a chemist but Etha seems to be handling the product with care Enjoy the product. A bit pricey but given my preferences it is worth the expense.
