The Ohio Board of Pharmacy has issued a new ruling that will outlaw most kratom products in Ohio beginning May 19th.

This action goes far beyond targeting dangerous synthetic products. Under the Board’s notice, many common kratom products, including capsules, drinks, and other processed formats, are treated as illegal, even when they involve natural kratom.

Philadelphia City Council is holding a hearing this Thursday, May 21st on legislation that would create a de facto ban on kratom products in the city.
