Federal Protect Consumer Access to Kratom Act was filed in both the House and Senate in December 2022. This is a huge step towards the protection of access to kratom for millions of Americans. Our community continues to express and affirm how best kratom can help many not only improve their physical pain but enhance their overall mood and enjoyment of life. Bio-active alkaloids naturally occurring in kratom may lessen restlessness and anxious feelings and, thereby, may help manage stress and focus naturally.
You can show your support for kratom by joining the National Consumer Advocacy Council (NKCAC). The non-profit American Kratom Association (AKA) is spearheading this national grassroots effort on behalf of the kratom community.
The focus of the NKCAC is to educate state legislators and promote scientific research on kratom. The goal is to get passage of the Federal Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA).
