🗳 Minnesota – March 17th Hearing
This could shape the future of kratom access in Minnesota.
While the bill under consideration establishes a 21-year-old age requirement, anti-kratom groups use this and any other hearing(s) as an opportunity to push for stronger restrictions, or even a ban.
Responsible kratom consumers are always needed.

🏛 Virginia – Ask the Governor for Amendments
Virginia lawmakers recently passed a very flawed kratom bill that could create serious problems for responsible consumers.
The American Kratom Association is asking advocates to contact the Governor and urge amendments so the law protects consumers without creating unnecessary barriers.

⚖️ Michigan – Oppose HB 5537
Michigan House Bill 5537 threatens responsible kratom consumers by making kratom a controlled substance, effectively ending legal access.
The Michigan House Regulatory Reform Committee is expected to hold a hearing later in March or early April, and members need to hear from consumers now.

In your message, tell legislators:
✔ Kratom is used responsibly by thousands of Michigan consumers.
✔ Criminalization or excessive restrictions would harm responsible adults.
✔ Policymakers should focus on consumer protection and reasonable regulation, not prohibition.
Most importantly, share your personal story. Personal experiences help lawmakers understand the real impact.
