Two states now have kratom ban bills sitting on the Governor’s desk:

Kentucky → A ban was quietly inserted into an unrelated bill without hearings or public input—now heading to the Governor: protectkratom.org/kentucky

This is exactly the kind of last-minute maneuvering that bypasses transparency and silences consumers. We cannot let it stand.

At the same time, momentum is building at the federal level. Senator Ricketts recently sent a letter to the FDA pushing for kratom scheduling, relying on outdated narratives and media-driven fear rather than current science. This adds urgency to everything we’re seeing in the states.
